Job Purpose :
Our client is seeking a QC Manager for a food manufacturing facility (Meat). The successful candidate will oversee the quality control function, ensuring food safety, compliance with regulations, and product quality across all stages of production. You will lead a QC team, conduct audits, manage non-conformities, and work closely with other departments to maintain high standards.
Key Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- 5+ years in a food manufacturing QC/QA role.
- Experience with FSSC 22000, BRCGS, or ISO 22000.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
