Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bodyshop Service Advisor at a well-established dealership located in Pretoria. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Welcoming customers to a warm environment and giving customers peace of mind by explaining work to be carried out and correct repair processes.
- Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assisting with scheduling appointments.
- Following up with Bodyshop and providing accurate feedback to customers daily.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Responding to all customer inquiries.
- Answer phones courteously and on time.
- Complete paperwork on time.
- Update daily report sheets.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Inform customers immediately about delays/problems or additional work.
Qualifications
- Matric certificate
- Drivers license
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in a Bodyshop will be advantageous
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical information in an understandable manner
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
