Duties & Responsibilities
- Full-time hybrid role for an Actuarial Recruiter at PeopleSolved.
- The Actuarial Recruiter will be responsible for daily tasks related to recruiting actuarial professionals.
- This includes sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The Actuarial Recruiter will be based in Tyger Valley, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of the actuarial profession and its specific skill sets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
- Experience in the Actuarial or insurance industry is a plus.
Compensation: Undisclosed commission based.
