Duties & Responsibilities
- 5-10 years work experience within production, engineering or R&D ideally in Rx manufacturing with the accountability of and responsibility for processes and equipment and product quality
- Project management skills | in-depth problem solving and analytical skills
- IT Systems | calculations
- Optical industry knowledge
- Contribute to the technical pilots in the lab (new technology, new products)
- Oversee the process improvements implementation process by working closely with managers, team leaders and employees. Training of staff on processes, best practice and technical standards

Purpose of the Job
Ensure technical coordination, support, and production processes in the Lab are in line with group standards and optimized in order to reach:
- the industrial performance targets (yield, consumables consumption, quality and service targets)
- the product performance specifications
