We’re looking for brand-focused candidates who have an excellent standard of English to join our Customer Support team in Cape Town.

You’ll receive full training in all areas. It’s all about being a naturally friendly, respectful and helpful person who’s a bundle of enthusiasm and positivity. You’ll join some amazing colleagues to form a great dynamic team, who use their remarkable customer service skills, to provide customers with exceptional brand and product knowledge, efficient service and a friendly attitude.
As part of #theAteam, you’ll receive full training and support to be the voice of our client’s brand. But no need to worry if you don’t have lots of experience, we have the best training program ready for you.
Our typical shift pattern involves: 40 hours within the week, between 9am-7:15pm, 10am-8.25pm and 11:45am-10pm, Monday-Sunday, on a rotational basis.
Your role can include, but isn’t limited to:
- Providing first-class customer service via telephone and written communication, including but not limited to Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter, Web Chat and Email.
- Ensuring all communication with our client’s customers are handled professionally and promptly.
- Recording details of customer comments on the database provided, leaving clear notes.
- Demonstrating strong product knowledge to ensure all customer queries are answered correctly.
- Taking ownership of the customer experience by providing excellent service.
- Achieving the key targets set.
- Adhering to quality standards and ensuring consistency in all interactions.
About You

- 12 months experience in a Customer Service Role servicing customers via telephone and social media platforms.
- Highest Level of Education – Grade 12.
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Language B2-C1
- Ability to build rapport and communicate helpfully.
- Enjoy a creative and hardworking office environment.
- Ability to research well and quickly.
- Problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm and passion for completing tasks to the best of your ability.
