Job Description - Processing and clearing of historic debt on the Nicor and MDA databases
- analyzing prepaid meter vending data
- processing water billings to tenants
- performing monthly pre statement checks
- providing admin support to the National Collections Manager or anyone delegated by him.
Requirements
Knowledge and skills required:
- Experience in credit control functions, monthly annual close off processes and must be Microsoft office and excel proficient.
- Strong Communication Skills
- Must work well in a team environment
- Ethical, energetic and ambitious with the ability to produce work of a high standard.
- A willingness to learn and develop in the position.
- Property management program - MDA / MRI will be advantageous.
- Additional Experience in Property industry will be advantageous.
