Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Account Manager at JOBJACK, you will focus on recruitment activities and collaborate closely with our esteemed clients and team members to support our mission of global employment.
1. Account Management
- Follow JOBJACK's Customer Management Process to ensure effective service for assigned clients.
- Maintain daily routines to uphold optimal service standards.
- Ensure high-quality day-to-day client service through proactive measures.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Foster strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries.
- Handle daily client correspondence professionally.
3. Candidate Relationship Management
- Act as a primary contact for job seekers using the JOBJACK platform, providing assistance and answering queries.
- Inform job seekers about application outcomes promptly.
- Coordinate with job seekers to confirm interview schedules and ensure timely preparations.
- Guide job seekers through the application process, ensuring timely submission of required documents.

Requirements
- Studies or relevant experience in administration, account management or similar roles is beneficial
