Solution Manager
Salary: £45,954 to £51,060
Location: Bristol
Hours: Full time
Working Pattern: At least 2 days per week in our Bristol office.
About this opportunity
This position will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines and infrastructure within P&P Data Hub for the purposes of insight as well as supporting enterprise processes. By bringing to bear Google Cloud native products, the role aims to enable efficient data integration, transformation, and analysis, empowering evidence-based HR decision-making and enhancing workforce management strategies.
Here’s where you’ll make a difference
Responsible for supporting the E2E design activities for the P&P Data solution on GCP. Key activities will include (but not limited to):
Support business and technical requirements gathering
Coordinating all RTL governance activities required to launch on GCP
Working with wider supporting teams to defined and ensure critical success factors are met and expected outcomes are delivered
Help to oversee the production dual run events
Support discussions surrounding design and implementation
Work closely with the GCP architects and engineers to track activities and key governance milestones
What you’ll need:
Key BA skills; Excel / PPT / Requirements Gathering/ Workshop facilitation
Experience working with cross functional teams, both Technical and Business
Good stakeholder management
Good organisational skills
High level GCP Solution understanding
Understanding of Operating Model concepts and process designs
Experience supporting technical implementations
