Law firm specialising in debt recovery and insolvency requires a full time clerical assistant to support the work of paralegals and solicitors. This is an entry-level role and the duties will include but not limited to mailroom duties of picking up and sending mail, filing, photocopying, maintaining and ordering stationery supplies for the office and other general duties. The post requires flexibility of approach and the ability to understand and implement instructions. Key skills are the ability to manage workload in an organised and efficient manner, enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Professional and polite telephone manner required for relief reception duties.
