Job Brief:
- Assist with kitchen service, preparation, and general duties.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and EHO guidelines.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to maintain excellent service standards.
- Monitor sanitation practices and food presentation.
- Prepare and produce food to the highest quality.
Ideal Candidate:
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen.
- Basic IT skills for menu planning and stock management.
- Experience in menu production and bulk cooking.
- Enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills.
