The role
Our finance function is based in Hull and we currently have a vacancy within the Finance team. Now is an incredibly exciting time to join and be part of a business that is fast-paced, vibrant and ambitious, with opportunities for everyone to develop and succeed.
Key responsibilities:
-Match up incoming supplier invoices to purchase orders in the procurement tracker.
-Submit invoices with 3 way match (PO, Goods Receipt, Invoice) for processing.
-Preparation of payment schedules to deadline.
-Communicate with suppliers to enforce No Pay, No Pay policy.
-Query resolution.
-Develop Preferred Supplier list.
-Supplier Statement reconciliations.
-Credit card reconciliation
Role requirements:
-Excellent attention to detail.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
-A talent to develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
-Effective organisational and time management skills
