Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
- Reconciling bank balances and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy
- Support in month and year end closing processes, ensuring deadlines are met
- Assisting with transactional processing duties such as posting, raising invoices, credit control
- Weekly external payroll payments and journals
- Prepare monthly and annual ledger reconciliations
- Intercompany journals and recharges
- Allocation of expenses and credit cards
- Any other finance administration duties as required
Skills and experience required:
- Experience working in an Accounts Assistant or Purchase Ledger position
- AAT Qualified (Desirable)
- Problem-solving skills
- Sage 50 experience (Desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
