Job Function:
To manage the processes, teams, and resources accountable for stock management and on-time and in-full delivery of stock, contributing to operational effectiveness, client/customer satisfaction, reduced risk, profitability, and compliance.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's or equivalent 3-year degree (NQF Level 7)
Skills and Experience Required:
- Up to 8 years of experience in a similar environment, with at least 5 years tactical leadership/specialist experience.
- Knowledge of labour relations policies and procedures in dealing with labour matters in a work environment.
- Understands budgeting and cost management.
- Understands how to effectively plan and manage business operations including service delivery.
- Knowledge and understanding of the flow of goods through a logistics process.
