Position Overview: The Operations Manager will oversee the nightly operations of our coordination business. You will be responsible for managing a team of supervisors and drivers, ensuring that all deliveries are made on time.
Requirements:
- Matric (Degree / Diploma in Logistics or related field would be beneficial).
- At least 5 years working experience in logistics in a similar role.
- Reporting and effective communication.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Computer literate and excel proficiency a must.
- Knowledge of vehicle loading, staff management & planning.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proven experience managing a team and driving operational improvements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
