Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of technical, operational, sales and administrative staff to achieve sales/branch targets.
- Build and maintain existing client relationships and continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction levels.
- Ensure that quality is maintained at all levels of branch operations.
- Work alongside Relationship Managers to source new business (within all go-to-market channels, i.e. Dealerships, Commercial and Insurance).
Minimum Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate / Grade 12.
- Tertiary education (advantageous).
- Minimum of 5 years in both an operational/sales environment.
- Strong Business Acumen with a focus on customer relations.
- Ability to manage a diverse team.
- Ability to plan and organize with strong administrative skills.
