3 month temporary Customer Service role, paying up to £14 per hour.
Our client in Oxford is currently looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join their team. This is an opportunity to join a friendly team and a rapidly growing company that can offer opportunities for personal and professional development.
Your new role
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service to customers handling enquiries, registrations, and renewals. You will make targeted outbound calls to businesses and customers to explain the benefits of the services the company provides, assisting them with the subscription process. You will be expected to log and maintain records of customer contact, activity, and outcomes on the internal CRM system. You must be able to work to targets and thrive in a phone-based role (inbound and outbound calls).
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a driven and motivated individual who is able to work to deadlines and meet targets. You will maintain a personable and positive attitude when speaking to customers. You will have previous experience in a customer service environment and/or will be comfortable with customer contact through a high volume of calls. Ideally, you will have experience of either outbound or inbound calls.
What you'll get in return
This position offers an hourly rate up to £14 per hour (depending on experience) and great flexible working arrangements, including hybrid work (2 days on-site and 3 days at home), and a performance related bonus scheme if the role is to be made permanent. There is an opportunity for this role to move to a permanent one, if you perform well in the post.
