Your Role

Analyze (regional/segment-specific) business requirements towards the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners

Steer the modification of end-to-end business processes (including process modeling) to meet FIT4 targets of harmonization and standardization and coordinate with entity business experts on preparatory efforts, like data cleansing. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization & standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, e.g., data cleansing

Generate process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes

Define and execute the Cut-Over strategy with a focus on data migration and roles setup and ensure a smooth transition

Design, own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system

Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/segments)

With the training lead's coordination, assist in the formulation of training materials and, if necessary, deliver end user training.

Extensive years relevant professional experience driving business processes within Green/Brownfield projects

Good understanding of the end-to-end business processes for plan to produce & quality management

Understanding of ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4, with an emphasis on PP and QM.

Background in the analysis of business requirements along with business process modeling
-
Established history of overseeing complex projects in major international firms and with various stakeholders.

Results-focused and conceptual working style, with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills
-
Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written; familiarity with German or other languages is a bonus.
