Our client is a leading construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. We are currently seeking a reliable and diligent Gateman to join our team.
Your new role
As a Gateman, you will be responsible for controlling access to the construction site, ensuring the safety and security of the premises. Your duties will include:
- Monitoring and controlling the entry and exit of vehicles and personnel.
- Checking identification and logging visitors.
- Ensuring all visitors and workers adhere to site safety protocols.
- Reporting any suspicious activity or security breaches.
- Maintaining a log of daily activities and incidents.
- Assisting with general site duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to security.Valid CSCS card (preferred but not essential).
