Job description (Details of the position i.e. duties): - Onboarding of new clients to our software - Post-onboarding client follow ups/check-ins - Onboarding new POS clients - Implementing integrations, like financial interfaces - Consultative projects related to data changes - Keep up to date with new product features and services to advise clients - Maintaining and updating onboarding SOPs and documentation - Onboarding of new properties (existing clients) Experience, Qualifications and skills: - This person should have project management, key account management, client onboarding skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Knowledge of the tourism/hospitality industry is preferred Benefits: We provide medical aid, pension fund and profit share for candidates who qualify.
