Job Description: My client is looking for a motivated and tenacious Telesales / Admin professional to join their dynamic team. The role involves contacting potential property sellers to set up meetings for their Estate Agents, using a database provided, and sourcing additional leads where necessary. Key Responsibilities: Utilize a provided database to contact potential property sellers and arrange meetings for Estate Agents. Source additional leads independently, to maximize opportunities for meetings and sales. Conduct outbound calls to engage potential sellers and set up appointments. Accurately schedule and confirm meetings between sellers and Estate Agents, ensuring clear communication. Handle administrative tasks related to telesales, such as updating CRM systems, tracking call outcomes, and maintaining organized records. Follow up on leads and meeting outcomes to ensure continuous engagement and support the sales process. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth scheduling and lead handover and provide feedback on call performance. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/admin role. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle rejection and remain tenacious in reaching out to potential clients. Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets. Comfortable working with databases and CRM software. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
