The Agile Project Manager will lead the delivery of key fintech projects, ensuring that they align with Bitventures strategic goals while fostering a collaborative and accountable environment. This role is focused on managing cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders effectively, and guiding projects from initiation through to completion within an agile framework. The Agile Project Manager will play a critical role in driving the companys mission forward by ensuring efficient execution of projects that meet business objectives and customer needs. The key responsibilities for this role will include: Project Planning & Delivery: Lead the planning and execution of multiple fintech projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget Agile Facilitation: Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Stakeholder Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and clear communication on project progress Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Continuous Improvement & Agile Maturity: Track performance metrics to assess and improve agile maturity, team productivity, and project outcomes. As you will be required to hit the ground running extensive experience is essential. The requirements: Qualification: Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification is advantageous. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or SAFe Agilist Certification. Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, with at least 3 years in an agile environment, preferably in fintech or technology. Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Skills Required: Agility & Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, quickly adapting to changing priorities. Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong team dynamics and productive relationships with stakeholders. Strategic Thinking: Capable of aligning project objectives with broader business goals and executing accordingly. Customer Focus: An understanding of end-user needs in fintech and a commitment to delivering solutions that meet these needs.
