As the Head of PMO, you will play a key role in overseeing and directing the execution of major initiatives within a fast-paced and innovative environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of strategic projects while providing guidance and support to project teams across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) and manage a portfolio of large, complex projects aligned with the organization's strategic goals. Develop and implement standardized project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices across the business. Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align projects with organizational objectives and ensure continuous improvement of project delivery processes. Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and business analysts, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Manage resource allocation, risks, and budgets to ensure projects meet scope, quality, and schedule expectations. Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and performance metrics to ensure transparency and accountability. Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors Degree in Business Science, Commerce, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Postgraduate qualification (e.g., Masters Degree, or similar). Project Management qualification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or equivalent). MBA (ideal, but not required). Minimum Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis. Between 5 to 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large, transformational organizational projects. At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, ideally within large organizations or on transformation projects. 5 to 8 years of experience in management, specifically in leading teams and managing complex projects.
