Location: Sunninghill, Sandton
A well-established and respected law firm in Sunninghill, Sandton is looking for an energetic and committed Conveyancer to join their dynamic team. If you are passionate about property law and have a proven track record, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all types of property transfers, bond registrations, and bond cancellations.
- Manage bank-assisted sales and sales in execution (experience in these areas is beneficial).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, estate agencies, and banking institutions.
- Solve complex problems efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Be involved in marketing initiatives to help grow the practice.
- Provide training and support to estate agents.
- Ensure meticulous communication and reporting with clients.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years post-admission conveyancing experience.
- Proven experience with all types of property transfers and bond-related transactions.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to client service.
- Must have own transportation and be willing to travel to client and estate agency meetings.
- Proactive, driven, and solution-oriented, with a passion for the property law field.
