Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage schedules, organize meetings, and coordinate travel for the Senior Sales Executive. Handle phone calls and other general administrative tasks.
- Client Communication: Engage with clients professionally, manage inquiries, and follow up on admin-related tasks to maintain strong client relationships.
- Budget & Financial Assistance: Handle budget approvals and claims processing.
- Presentations & Reporting: Support sales and marketing efforts by creating and editing PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports.
- Artwork & Campaign Management: Monitor artwork deadlines, maintain campaign schedules, and manage proofing and instructions, ensuring time-sensitive tasks are completed efficiently.
- Client Engagement: Update clients on campaigns, share proofs, and gather approvals.
- Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Assist in resolving internal issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption.
- Contract Management: Prepare and track client contracts accurately and on time, showing initiative in supporting contract workflows.

Skills & Qualifications: - Strong Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to maintain professionalism and active listening.
