Job Title: Clinical Facilitator (ICU/High Care)
Location: Worcester, Cape Town
Position Type: Temporary/Ad-Hoc
Key Responsibilities:
-Facilitate clinical education and training for nursing staff in the ICU/High Care setting.
-Provide direct patient care and support to patients in critical conditions.
-Assist in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines.
-Monitor and evaluate patient progress and outcomes.
-Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high standards of patient care.
Requirements:
-Valid SANC Registration.
-Clear Criminal Record.
-Updated CV with clinical references.
-Proven experience in a similar role and setting, specifically in ICU/High Care
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
