Educators to facilitate the learning of High School Maths, Language, Science and Additional subjects for a small class of up to 15 students.
- Matric results are to be attached.
- Ability to Teach English Home Language, Afrikaans FAL, Maths and Sciences.
- Montessori, Reggio, or similar training is advantageous.
- Emphasis on individualized learning over traditional teaching methods.
- Focus on empowering students to teach themselves independently through active learning and engaging activities. There is also a focus on Group work and Facilitator-led training.
- Ability to teach Thinking Maths skills is essential.
- Ability to teach goal-setting and foster self-assessment skills.
- Encourage intrinsic motivation, avoiding reliance on extrinsic rewards and punishments.
- Provide students with the freedom to learn while expecting them to take responsibility.
- Foster respectful communication to build students' self-esteem.
Skills:
- Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.

Education: Bachelors (Required)
- Experience: Facilitation/Teaching: 1 year (Required)
- English Home Language matric pass (Required)
- Pure Maths Matric pass (Required)
- Physics & Chemistry or Physical Science matric pass (Required)
