Job Description: Bakery Counter Hand (Retail)
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Bakery Counter Hand to join our team. In this role, you will assist with daily bakery operations, serve customers, and ensure that the bakery area is clean and well-stocked. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide product information and recommendations.
- Serving & Packaging: Prepare and package bakery items, including bread, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Stocking & Display: Assist with organizing and replenishing bakery displays, ensuring all items are fresh and attractively presented.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep the bakery counter and work area clean, organized, and safe, following hygiene and safety standards.
- Inventory Support: Assist in checking stock levels, receiving bakery shipments, and ensuring the freshness of products.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Experience in retail or food service is a plus, but not required.
