We are looking for a skilled and client-focused Technical Services Consultant to provide technical solutions and support for our clients. In this role, you will act as the liaison between our technical team and clients, ensuring that technical issues are resolved efficiently, and providing guidance on best practices for implementing our products and services. You will also collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and drive solutions that meet client needs.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients during the implementation and support phases.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, engineering, and product) to ensure client requirements are met.
- Develop, customize, and implement technical solutions tailored to client needs.
- Provide technical training, demonstrations, and documentation to clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert guidance on how to leverage our services/products.
- Assist in the configuration, deployment, and integration of company software solutions.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and client requests simultaneously.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensure follow-up until resolution.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and maintain customer satisfaction.
Your expertise:
- 2-4 years of experience in technical support, consulting, or a related technical services role.
- Proven experience with software implementation, technical support, or consulting in a client-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux), and databases (SQL).
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with integration methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, maintaining high attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Understanding of technical documentation, processes, and best practices.
- Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect,
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
