Our Financial Services client seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading the strategic recruitment efforts across multiple business units, with a focus on sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent to support our organisation’s objectives. Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, partnering with leadership to drive workforce planning, employer branding and talent pipeline development.
Salary: Market-Related CTC
Start date: February 2025
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 5 – 7 year’s experience in strategic talent acquisition
Experience in recruiting Financial Services / Finance professionals
Proven experience recruiting a wide range of roles – junior to senior level and highly specialised roles
