Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in bond registrations within conveyancing.
- Proficiency in banking panels and conveyancing software.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional administrative skills and the ability to manage files efficiently.
- Proficiency in conveyancing software: Lexis Convey, E4, Stordoc, and Ghost Practice.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in document handling and registrations.
- Ability to work under pressure, managing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Proven ability to diarise files, ensuring timeous completion of tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enhancing relationships with clients and internal teams.
