Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement maintenance strategies.
- Diagnose equipment faults and initiate improvements or replacements.
- Ensure availability of critical spares and consumables.
- Oversee engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage maintenance team and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with ISO Quality and ISO 14001 standards.
Requirements: - Relevant Engineering qualification (Red Seal Millwright/Electrician preferred, N5 minimum).
- 5+ yearsâ experience in a maintenance management role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Experience with drives, PLCs, resistance welding, and powder coating advantageous.
- Effective communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
