We are looking for a dynamic Payroll Benefits Specialist to join our People Team. You will be responsible for managing the full payroll function from start to finish for our South Africa, Zambia, and Mauritius offices. This includes benefits administration and handling first-tier payroll and benefits queries from internal stakeholders. You will ensure accurate payroll reporting and maintain a comprehensive payroll and benefits data hub.

- Relevant HR or Finance diploma/degree.
- Payroll qualification/certificates.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of payroll administration experience.
- Knowledge of payroll systems (SAGE experience is advantageous).
- Benefits administration experience is an advantage.
- Internal : All support functions (People, Audit, Finance, etc.), all employees, expats, Head Office.
- External : All service providers, statutory bodies.

- Manage the complete payroll cycle, including monthly payroll processing and ad hoc pay runs.
- Provide consulting and support on Medical Aid, Pension, and other benefits for employees and service providers during engagement, induction, terminations, and regular updates.
- Handle first-tier employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
- Administer Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), coordinate wellness programs, and manage benefits-related assets (e.g., cellphones, SIM cards, staff vouchers).
- Complete month-end reporting, statutory submissions, and payroll reporting.
- Support additional HR projects and execute Compensation Benefits events as required.
