Seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee financial management, planning, and analysis for a dynamic organization.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
5 years post-article experience.
Professional qualification and completed articles (CA/CIMA/PA) beneficial.
Proven experience in financial management.
Potential for leadership roles.
Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS

Annual Budget Preparation
Ensure completion by the 15th of each month.
Verify accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Annual External Audit File Preparation
Tax and VAT Submissions
Financial Planning, Analysis, and Reporting
Prepare monthly management accounts by the 15th of each month.
Conduct deep analysis on specific cost/revenue items.
Generate ad-hoc reports as required.
Proactively manage Suppliers and Customer accounts.
Collaborate with treasury for weekly cashflow management.
Oversee asset management for buildings, infrastructure, equipment, and vehicles.
Line management of Bookkeepers & financial assistants.
Delegate selected financial & administration functions to staff.
Provide operational and financial support to all production team members, fostering peer communication.
