Job Description:
- Develop and lead a cohesive electrical design team, optimizing performance and collaboration.
- Build strong customer relationships to prioritize design resource allocation and ensure efficient utilization based on requirements.
- Delegate tasks effectively and manage project timelines, addressing deviations promptly.
- Provide leadership to design engineers, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
- Organize internal and external design reviews to validate technical soundness and integrity.
- Perform CAD tasks, including 3D modeling and 2D drawings, while maintaining accurate product data in customer PDM systems.
- Support custom engineering requests and oversee administrative tasks such as performance reviews, mentorship, and training.
Skills & Experience: - Over 15 years of post-graduate engineering design experience.
- Wiring design and controller integration within the heavy-duty machinery, electrical design field exposure would be highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel internationally for varying durations based on project needs and deadlines.
Qualification: - BEng, BSc, or B-Tech degree in Electrical Engineering.
