Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately capturing Fixed Assets, Finance, and Capitalized Leases for our balance sheet.
- Preparing comprehensive financial statements and forecasts to guide our strategic decisions.
- Managing month-end processes, running management accounts, and collaborating with Directors to resolve queries.
- Maintaining and monitoring day-to-day cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Developing and drawing up budgets with precision.
- Overseeing processes, controls, and policies to ensure operational efficiency.
- Managing a strong Debtors Book and maintaining BEE schedules.
- Preparing and maintaining a costing model, and assisting with tender information.
- Signing off on the Staff Register and maintaining the Training Schedule.
- Ensuring amortization schedules are in place for the bank.
- Consulting with auditors for year-end audits and providing necessary documentation.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- A minimum of Grade 12 and a B Comm in Finance.
- Completed articles, with CA or SAIPA registration being an advantage.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Financial Manager.
- Proficiency in Pastel Evolution and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong inter-relational skills and the ability to integrate finance with operations.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities to handle multiple business profiles effectively.

Our client is a large organization based in Johannesburg CBD, seeking a Financial Manager to join a team of 3 other Financial Managers. The Group also has operations in Zambia and Namibia.
