Key Responsibilities to include:
- Attend Marketing meetings to produce an accurate specification of requirements from which the marketing team can commence work.
- Plan and develop a multiplatform marketing strategy that aligns with the corporate vision and brand positioning of the company and supports its business objectives.
- Promote the company’s image and increase identity both locally and internationally as a world-class commercial architectural practice.
- Facilitate good Customer and Business relationship Management to maximize the value of relationships and maintain a good reputation.
- Report on all marketing activities and communicate achievements and improved reputation.
- Be fully involved in Marketing initiatives from initiation to finalization.
- Use appropriate methods and interpersonal styles to develop, motivate, and guide internal teams toward successful outcomes and attainment of business objectives.
- Manage and/or administer resources allocated for the project and/or department.
Minimum Criteria and Requirements of Applicants:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience.
- Proven track record as a Marketing Manager.
- Business Development Skills.
- Knowledge of the architectural/construction environment.
- Demonstrated track record of implementing marketing programs/initiatives.
- Experience in working with corporate sponsors and advertising.
- Experience and knowledge in events management.
- Willingness to travel nationally on a regular basis and internationally on occasion.
- High standard of communication.
- Commitment to providing excellent service through efficiency and quality in production of work.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Sufficiently experienced to resolve problems and make decisions when required.
- Plan and organize workflow to ensure commitments and deadlines are met.
- Build working relationships.
