Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (a Master’s degree is advantageous).
- 5-8 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record in the mining industry.
- Strong background in managing multiple sites and operational teams.
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management.
- Excellent knowledge of industry safety standards, mining regulations, and compliance.
