Introduction

TRACKER requires the services of a Revenue Assurance Administrator in the Finance Department at our Johannesburg Head Office for a period of six (6) months. We require a diligent and hard-working individual, who can be a part of a highly motivated team.

Duties & Responsibilities

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Comparisons on billing data to ensure all updates are correctly processed and interfaced.
• Ensure all errors and discrepancies are corrected.
• Manage the daily interface list, including investigations and correction of errors.
• Logging of requests for technical interventions and enhancements.
• Testing of system changes that are made.
• Ad hoc inventory and revenue projects and reporting.
• Pricing maintenance.
• Accurate and timely preparation and processing of month-end files, journals and reconciliations.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Degree in Accounting
• Excellent Excel and MS Access proficiency
• Ability to work with big data
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an annuity / subscription billing environment
• Outstanding analytical skills
