Our client, a vibrant, creative, property, events and media company that is constantly evolving, seeks a highly diligent and organised Project Manager to join their team. This role will also encompass the functions of an Executive Admin support, providing direct support to the CEO and team.
Duties & Responsibilities

Position Overview: - Project management.
- Executive Admin, providing direct support to the CEO and team.
- Play a key role in ensuring efficient communication, co-ordination, and execution of various administrative/project management tasks to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the Executive team.
Minimum Job Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management.
- Min 5 years experience in project management and Executive assistance.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects across various departments.
- Finance administration experience essential.
- Strong familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Experience with an online accounting package, an added advantage.
Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and finalise projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
- Act as the point of contact for Department Heads, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage external contacts and proactively resolve business-related issues.
