Icebolethu Group is looking for an objective Business Analyst . The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with key stakeholders to implement effective solutions, as well as offering day-to-day support for Business Applications. The role will be based at our offices at No.: 225 uMbilo Road, Durban within the Group ICT Department , a division of Icebolethu Group .
Minimum Qualifications
- Matric Certificate - (Grade 12 or equivalent).
- A+ & N+ Certification.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management or Information Technology or a related field.
- Certificate in Business Analysis or related studies is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis tools and Software is an added advantage.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Experience and Knowledge Required
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in ICT support or a related field in a corporate environment.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
