Our client is looking for a Junior HR Administrator to join their company.
Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements:
- Matric
- 2 to 3 years of experience in HR
- Knowledge of SAP and Sage
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management (Non-Negotiable)
Job Duties:
- Monthly payroll - to provide all information required for Payroll to our appointed Finance Consultant, timeously (e.g. new hires, terminations, overtime, commission, salary advances, staff loans, etc.)
- Regulatory submissions (including IRP5, COID, STATS SA, UIF)
- Managing electronic timekeeping system or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets, in conjunction with all departments.
- Monitor and track employee leave, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: liaising with recruitment agents for vacancies within the company and setting up interviews. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Employee Relations: support in the administrative requirements relating to employee relations issues and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Administration: maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, prepare HR-related reports, and contribute to data analysis (e.g. monitoring disciplinary action reporting).
- Administration and assistance of general staff queries.
- Assist with any ad hoc requests from management.
Package & Remuneration
Salary: R 12,000 - R 15,000 Monthly
