About the role:
The overall purpose of the Campus Head is to lead the key stakeholders and operations at a campus level, managing the quality of academic delivery, human resources, the total sales process, finance, facilities, and student satisfaction, while marketing and promoting the business.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on sales (new business B2B & Government business)
- Management of a sales team
- Attending career expos
- Lecturer management
- Operations management
- Facilities management
- Ensuring OHS
Requirements:
- 3-year qualification in Business or Hospitality Management / Sales & Marketing.
- Tertiary education.
- Post-graduate in Hospitality Management advantageous.
- Proven previous sales management skills.
- Previous management experience.
- Considered a 'driver'.
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
- At least 3 - 5 years experience in branch management activities of a small to middle size company.

- R456000 - R480 000
