Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in dynamic trade environments and experience with older versions of SAP, along with familiarity in production and blending operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions using the old version of SAP.
- Assist with inventory management for production and blending processes.
- Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing procedures.
- Handle payroll processing and compliance with tax regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Liaise with auditors and manage the audit process.
Skills: - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Qualifications: - Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, particularly in trade or production settings.
- Experience with SAP software, especially older versions, is essential.
- Experience in the manufacturing, production, or blending industries will be an advantage.
- Proficient in SAP (older version preferred).
- Strong understanding of dynamic trade environments.
- Familiarity with production and blending operations.
