Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and implement all repairs and maintenance activities for the Processing Facility within the constructs of Occupational Health and Safety Regulations.
- Oversee the day-to-day performance of the Maintenance team.
- Manage all repairs and maintenance on the plant (preventative and emergency).
- Staff Management.
- Procurement, stores, and stock control.
- Site compliance.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Technical).
- A Trade Certificate would be preferred.
- Proven technical experience.
- Good written and oral communication skills with fluency in English.
- Computer literacy (intermediate) in MS Office and Google Suite software packages.
- Project management and leadership skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor conditions.
- Willing to work overtime (including standby and call-out duties) and have 24/7 availability.
- Driver’s license and own reliable transport.
- Contactable references.
Package & Remuneration
R 25,000 - R 35,000 / month + Overtime + Standby Allowance. Salary is negotiable. Company Provident Fund + Medical.
