Introduction
Applies change management principles, processes and behaviours to effectively identify, manage, initiate and influence change, and manage and support others through it.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management and Engagement
- Conducts stakeholder analysis to ensure stakeholders needs and expectations are identified.
- Identifies and analyses stakeholder resistance.
- Regularly updates key sponsors to ensure they provide visible leadership and support for change.
Change Impact and Assessment
- Conducts the impact and gap analysis.
- Designs and manages the change enablement plan.
Training Delivery and Support
- Conducts training need analysis in order to understand and plan for training requirements.
- Design content and manages the training programmes.
- Facilitates relevant learning and development work.
Communication and Engagement
- Designs communication material tailored to audience need.
- Develops communication plan aligned to the project milestones.
- Delivers the communication plan and monitors its effectiveness.
Go-live and Post Implementation Plan
- Assist with the preparation of handover plans.
- Supports the business in the transition of BAU.
- Conducts PIR to ensure that the new capabilities are being embedded and established.
Project Enablement and Change Integration
- Defines and measures success metrics and monitors change progress.
- Provides ongoing support structure and identifies continuous improvement plans.
- Reports, plans and manages risks and issues to ensure mitigation and escalation.
- Plans the resource utilisation across the change initiative.
Qualifications
- 4-8 years’ experience.
- Led slightly complex to complex change initiatives.
- Multi functional/Medium scale change.
- Relevant qualification or experience in systems and processes related to the project type or business unit.
