Financial Manager – Kokstad

Our reputable client is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Checking and ensuring the accurate posting of items
- Reconciling the bank statements and control accounts
- Reporting on the financials to the Management
- Managing monthly and yearly cashflow
- Compilation of the annual budget
- Processing of salaries and payment of deductions
- Authorisation and control of the payment of creditors
- Debtors control
- VAT control
- Control of medical aid and pension administration
- Administration of insurance and agreements
- Preparing all documentation for audit and dealing with queries
- Assisting with the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety
- Assisting and supporting the outreach projects
- Ensuring implementation of policies
- Control of all financial aspects of project management and fundraising
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant Accounting Qualification
- ± 3 – 5 years of experience
- Successful candidate will need to be based in Kokstad
