A seasoned Head of Butcheries in a retail function is required for our fast-growing and dynamic group with head office in KZN. Take accountability for 40 butcheries across South Africa!
You must come from a blue-chip national retailer, butchery division.
Leadership skills are required to drive the team to increase overall profitability.
Experience in research and development, operations, supply chain, and the entire butchery production cycle is a MUST.
10 to 15 years of experience in operations in the retail sector - 5 years or more as an executive for a large retailer (butchery). Proven operations experience at a senior management/executive level.
Business acumen, strategic thinking, and being driven are essential.
A related degree - an MBA will be an advantage.
Package & Remuneration
R700K to R800K negotiable.
