Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk within the financial framework
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
- Collaborate with senior management on key financial and business decisions
- Oversee tax, audit, and treasury functions
Requirements: - CA(SA) qualification
- Extensive experience in a senior finance role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
- Ability to drive financial performance and ensure sustainable growth
