Job Description
Seeking a Chief Financial Officer to play a key role in shaping and executing the healthcare insurance industry. The ideal candidate will translate this strategy into specific business unit goals and develop and implement a fiscal strategy aligned with the Scheme's overall direction. Additionally, the CFO will provide insightful thought leadership in envisioning future scenarios aligned with the Scheme's operating model and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or similar
- Postgraduate qualification in finance/accounting will be an added advantage.
- Professional registration as a Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 10 years experience in a Senior Financial Management role
- 5 years experience as a Finance manager in the medical aid industry
