Join a busy, fully inclusive luxury beach resort in Zanzibar with 180+ rooms, extensive public areas, and an on-site laundry, managing a team of 40 staff.
Key Attributes / Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role at a four or five-star property.
- Hands-on leader; actively engaged with the team on the floor.
- Proven track record in implementing and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Strong training, communication, and motivational skills.
- Experience in remote locations and African settings is advantageous.
- Creative thinker with excellent planning abilities.
- Active, fit, and mobile; ability to navigate a four-story property without elevators.
- Positive attitude with a good sense of humour.
Package:
Salary: US$36K.
Single status.
Medical insurance and annual flight home.
On-site accommodation provided.
